1. Eligibility

  • This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

  • To qualify, customers must purchase a qualifying portable air conditioner from Directly from www.Comfee-uk.com 

  • Only one free gift is available per household and per qualifying order.

2. How to Claim

  • After receiving your portable air conditioner, complete the redemption form which will be sent in a confirmation email or available at [website link].

  • You must provide:

    • Full name, email address, and UK shipping address

    • Original order number

    • Date of purchase

  • Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your product.

3. Gift Fulfilment

  • The gift is an Amazon Echo Pop (subject to availability).

  • Fulfilment is handled by Midea UK who will place the order via Amazon UK and ship directly to the customer.

  • Please allow up to 15 working days for gift delivery from the date your claim is approved.

  • If the Echo Pop is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value.

4. General Terms

  • Proof of purchase must be genuine and clearly show the eligible product, date of purchase, and order number.

  • Incomplete, incorrect, or fraudulent claims will be disqualified.

  • Midea UK reserves the right to verify the identity of claimants and to refuse claims at its discretion.

  • The gift is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

  • This promotion is subject to stock availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.

5. Additional Terms

  • The Echo Pop (or equivalent) is provided as a third-party product. Midea UK does not provide any warranty, support, or returns handling for the Echo Pop. All issues relating to performance, defects, or warranty must be directed to Amazon or the product manufacturer.

  • In the event that the portable air conditioner is returned for a refund and the accompanying Echo Pop is not returned in its original, unopened condition, Midea UK reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the Echo Pop (RRP £45.00) from the total refund issued.

6. Data Protection

  • By submitting a claim, you agree that Midea UK may use your personal data for the purposes of verifying your claim and shipping your gift.
